STEP 1: Meet

If you are new to Redemption, and haven’t been to Step 1, this is for you. If you can spare 15-20 minutes right after this service, head out the back doors of the worship centre, and there will be an informal connecting time, geared just for you. A number of our staff and elders will be there, as this is a time to meet you, get to know a bit about you, and share a few basics about our church with you. You can also ask any questions you might have in this stand up time in our upper lobby. We will have some water, coffee, and a few snacks for you as well. If you have children in Kids Ministry, please make sure you pick them up first (and you can bring them with you). There’s no need to register, just head there after the service. See below for the next Step 1 meeting.

One of the first steps in getting connected at Redemption is to attend Step One. Join us for this laid back and enjoyable event where you will be introduced to some of the leadership of Redemption. We will enjoy some fantastic food, tell you a little about ourselves, answer any questions you may have, and help point you on a path of quality discipleship. STEP 2: Learn

Step Two is the next step in making Redemption your church home. This course is designed to help you understand the fundamental elements of Redemption. It is our desire that every person who calls Redemption their church home, and anyone thinking of making this their church home to take this course. Step 2 will help you understand what it truly means to Abide with God, Connect with the Church, and Share with the world by living, what we call, the 5G life. Click on the button below to register, or contact us for more information.

STEP 3: Connect

It’s all about discipleship! Small Groups are the best place to connect at Redemption if you want to grow in your relationship with Jesus. Plus, Small Groups are where the primary congregational care happens in our church with the Small Group leaders being our front line shepherds. In a large church like ours, this is where care and support happens. Our Small Groups are designed to help you develop significant relationships with others who can encourage and challenge you to consistently apply the truths of God’s Word to each area of your life. Small Groups are not “another thing” at Redemption; they are the main channel for discipleship and care for each person who is a part of the Redemption family.

STEP 4: Give

Follow the biblical command to give Regularly, Generously and Cheerfully as your act of worship. We provide a number of ways for you to give financially to the church.

STEP 5: Serve

God has given His church people with various gifts and skill sets, and at Redemption, we have a number of areas where we are always looking for willing volunteers. Serving opportunities include Kids, Operations, Production, Prayer, Guest Services and Local Missions.

If you’re looking to make Redemption your Church Home and are wanting to become a member, please fill out our Membership Application. Please note that members must be 18 years of age or older.

We believe that Christian baptism by immersion in water is a public identification with Jesus Christ in His death, burial and resurrection. If you want to learn more about baptism or want to get baptized we want to help.

We encourage parents to publicly dedicate their children to the Lord to keep them accountable to family, friends and the church community to raise their child in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
