Find your Group:
What to Expect
Groups are a place to build meaningful relationships, grow in your faith and walk through life together. While every group is a little different, you can expect to study God’s Word, spend time in prayer, and share meaningful conversations that help people grow closer to Christ and one another.

These groups meet in two-year cycles and focus on the essentials of being a Christ-follower: abiding with God, connecting with the church, and sharing with the world. Groups practice Bible study, prayer, and evangelism.
Group participants must complete Step Two, agree to the church’s Statement of Faith and Group Participants Commitment form.

You might be wondering...
How do I join?
Visit our Groups page to see which groups are currently open. When you find one you'd like to join, click Request to Join. Your request will be sent either to our church office (if there are any required next steps) or directly to the group leader.
Once you're connected with a group leader, they'll reach out to introduce themselves and help you get connected.
Please note that some groups require you to attend Step Two and complete the Group Participant Commitment Form before joining.
What if it's not a good fit?
While we hope every group is a great fit, sometimes it’s not the right match—and that’s okay. If you decide a group isn’t the best fit, simply let the group leaders know by email and return to the website to explore other opportunities.
Likewise, if the leaders feel another group would be a better fit for you, a member of our staff will reach out with recommendations to help you find a place where you can connect and grow.
When do groups meet?
Groups typically meet weekly from September through June in homes throughout London or at the church building. Most groups gather on weekday evenings or Sunday afternoons.
A typical group gathering includes:
7:00–7:15 PM: Arrive and Connect
7:15–8:15 PM: Bible Discussion and Prayer
8:15–8:30 PM: Follow Up
Throughout the year, groups may also gather outside their regular meeting time for social events, shared meals, or a service opportunity.
What if I can't find a group?
We update our group availability three times a year—in September, January, and April. If you don’t find a group that’s the right fit, check back in a few months as new opportunities may become available.
In the meantime, consider joining an upcoming Training Group or connecting with one of our Men’s or Women’s ministries as another way to build community and grow together.

You might be wondering...
Do caregivers need to be in attendance?
Yes, we kindly ask that caregivers remain present with their loved ones during the duration of the Bible study. Your presence helps ensure safety, provides necessary personal care, communication assistance and other support, and allows us to create a welcoming, respectful environment where everyone can participate meaningfully in the Bible teaching and small group time.
Is there a cost for the study?
Not all Bible study sessions will have a fee associated with it. However, if there is a session where there is a fee, it will be posted on the registration page for that study session.
Is our meeting area accessible?
We will meet on the main floor of the church – which is accessible to all by the entrance off the back parking lot. The building also has accessible washroom stalls and elevators for events being held on the upper level of the building.
Are the volunteers screened?
All volunteers have completed and passed a vulnerable sector background check prior to serving.
Before involvement in our ministries, please ensure you are aware of our Biblical stance on gender and sexuality.
