You may have heard it said, “You know it’s a good production team if they go unnoticed”.

While there is some truth to that, here at Redemption we look at our production team as leaders of worship in the various roles they serve. We strive for excellence but not perfection on our production team. Our aim is to create an environment where people can worship the Lord without distraction.

Although helpful, we don’t require any previous experience to serve in production here at Redemption. If you have a heart to serve, we will equip you in the technical side of production. We look to place every person in a position to succeed, and we will take the necessary time to make sure you are comfortable before scheduling you in.

Serving Opportunities

Front of House Operator

Our Front of House (FOH) operators serve to provide a quality audio experience for our people during our Sunday Services. FOH operators also serve during weekly ministries and special events including conferences and retreats.

Wireless/In Ear Monitor Operator

Our Wireless/In Ear Monitor (W/IEM) operators serve our worship team on stage with their monitors during Sunday services. W/IEM operators are also responsible for all wireless gear (mics, guitar packs, IEM packs etc.) Finally, they assistant our FOH operators with anything they may need. W/IEM operators also serve during weekly ministries and special events including conferences and retreats.

Livestream Operator

Our Livestream operators provide quality audio for our livestream for those tuning in online during our Sunday services. Livestream Operators are also responsible for quality audio levels to our screens and TV’s throughout the building. Livestream Operators also serve during weekly ministries and special events including conferences and retreats.

ProPresenter Operator

Our ProPresenter operator controls our presentation software for all our screens and TV’s onsite and online during our Sunday services. Elements they control include worship backgrounds, lyrics, videos, sermon slides, lower thirds, graphics and more. ProPresenter Operators also edit and prepare content (song arrangements, lyrics, graphics etc.) for services and events. ProPresenter operators also serve during weekly ministries and special events including conferences and retreats.

Video Switcher

Our video switchers control our live camera experience for all our screens and TV’s onsite and online during our Sunday services. Video switchers control what content is sent to what source throughout the service. Video switchers are controlling our cameras (remotely) and switchers at the same time. Video switchers also serve during weekly ministries and special events including conferences and retreats.

Capture Team

Our capture team is a combination of videographers and photographers. While this team isn’t used weekly, they are called upon to capture video and pictures from Sunday services and weekly ministries. The capture team also serve for special events including conferences and retreats.

Lighting Operator

Lighting Operators control our lighting in the worship centre during our Sunday services. Lighting operator’s setup and control lighting cues for various service elements such as songs, videos, sermon etc. Lighting operators set lighting to what is happening on stage and/or displayed on our screens. Lighting operators also serve during weekly ministries and special events including conferences and retreats.
