Our Approach
Our approach to orphan care includes both preventative and interventional initiatives. We believe that not everyone is CALLED to foster, adopt, be a host home, or serve globally. However, we know that all of us are CAPABLE of doing something to support those who are called. That is why we also seek out people to serve with the orphan care ministry as wrap-around support.
PREVENTATIVE INITIATIVES
Our prevention initiative includes partnering with Safe Families Canada to work with families in crisis here in London. We also work with Little by Little in Haiti to advance the mission of orphan prevention through job creation. Both of these models seek to keep families together.
INTERVENTIONAL INITIATIVES
Our intervention initiative includes support systems for foster and adoptive families. This includes supporting the families through training, support, and wrap-around care.
