My country of birth is El Salvador. I moved to Canada when I was five years old and grew up in the beautiful Niagara region. I am the oldest of three daughters and was blessed to be born into a loving Christian home. I have three nephews who are my delight.
I studied English Language and Literature with a combined major in Spanish at Brock University. After university I spent a year in Panama sharing the good news of Jesus through evangelism and discipleship on university campuses. Before joining staff at Redemption, I worked at Compassion Canada for 11 years in the Supporter Services area helping to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name.
I began attending Redemption Bible Chapel in May 2010, the same month that I moved to London and right away was captivated by the powerful & Biblical worship and preaching.
My life verse since I was a teenager has been Galatians 2:20: I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
