I was born and raised in Brazil in a Christian family. Since a young age I have been exposed to the gospel and when I was 10 years old I started serving in the worship ministry at our church in Brazil. Music has always been important in my life and I have the privilege to play the instrument that I am passionate about – drums – to serve, praise and glorify our God.

I graduated from Engineering in Brazil and have a diploma in Business Marketing in Canada. In the past few years I have been working with events and social media and now I have the privilege of working with communications and events at our church, which I have always been passionate about.

In July 2018 my beautiful wife Isabella and I moved to Canada. One week after our arrival we started attending Redemption and three months later we became RBC members. Our goal was to live abroad in a place where we could spend time serving the Kingdom and we saw our Lord leading us to be part of this church that has been used by God to our growth. Since November 2018 I have had the privilege of being part of the worship team and in late 2020 I began serving in Communications and Production with Dan, Andrew and all volunteers. It is a pleasure to be serving in areas that I really enjoy – media, music and technology – and be part of a team that truly puts God first.

I trust that God has a plan for each one of us, and this plan is perfect even when it doesn’t seem perfect to us. “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this” Psalm 37:4-5.

Despite all the challenges and hard times that 2020/2021 brought to all of us, God has been kind enough to bless our family with our first son Noah. We are very thankful for our growing family.
